Roland Pollard

Roland Pollard is an accomplished regional director and operations leader with extensive experience in retail management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Family Dollar since May 2018, Roland oversees operational leadership for 65 loan offices in South Dallas, Fort Worth, and East Texas. Prior roles include Regional Manager at TMX Finance Family of Companies, where responsibility encompassed monthly budgets and financial reviews, and Regional Manager at Dollar General, managing 151 stores and overseeing over $300 million in annual sales while successfully opening 23 new stores.
