Ata ur Rehman - CHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ata ur began their career as an HR Intern at AASA Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd in 2006, where they worked on time management and leave policy. Ata ur then interned at Deewan Mushtaq Group in 2007, leading a team and assisting with recruitment and selection processes. From 2008 to 2015, Ata worked at Merck KGaA as a Human Resources Generalist, where they handled compensation programs, conducted market analysis, and administered incentive programs. Ata ur also served as a Public Relation Officer at Concern for Children in 2008, developing business relations and managing media and ad agencies. Ata went on to work as an Assistant Manager - HR at e2e Supply Chain Management in 2015 and as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at M&P Express Logistics (Private) Limited from 2016 to 2019. Ata ur then took on the role of HR Manager at Al Meezan Investment Management Limited before becoming the Head of HR at Family Educational Services Foundation in 2019.

Ata ur Rehman - CHRP has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (BPA) with a focus on Management from Karachi University.
