Corporate Risk Officer at Endeavors

Jeff serves as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's operational and strategic risks.

Prior to his current role, Jeff served as the Compliance Officer for Endeavors. In this position, he was responsible for the Corporate Quality and Compliance Readiness Structure and functioned as an independent and objective body that reviewed and evaluated compliance issues/concerns within the organization.

Jeff previously served as the Chief of the Travel Services Division, Financial Services Center, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Austin, TX for 7 years. Prior to his tenure with the VA, he served with the United States Air Force for 27 years (23 active duty and 4 as a Civilian Financial Services Officer). His Air Force experience includes Compliance, Financial Management, Inspector, and Quality positions at Squadron, Group, Wing, Major Command, Inspector General, DoD Joint Service, and National Intelligence levels. Born in Lima, Ohio, Jeff grew up as an Army Dependent and holds extensive cultural intelligence, competency, and awareness with eleven years of serving abroad in Europe and Japan with a total of eighteen years of living abroad. He has been an avid community volunteer throughout his career and currently serves as the Vice Commander of the American Legion Robert F. McDermott Post 309. Jeff was recognized with the Endeavors 2021 Louis Zbinden, Jr. Founders Leadership Award.

Jeff is a highly qualified Risk, Compliance, and Financial Manager and holds certifications as a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T). He holds a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership, Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management from Colorado State University-Global, and an Associates of Applied Science in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
