Rafael Velazquez

Rafael Velazquez possesses extensive experience in case management and retail management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Endeavors since May 2021, Rafael has provided critical support to individuals and families affected by disasters. Previous experience at Endeavors as a Disaster Case Manager involved mitigating the social and psychological impacts of disasters. Rafael's retail background includes significant roles such as Store Manager at Leonardo Fifth Avenue and Brooks Brothers, where responsibilities included achieving financial goals and fostering positive working environments. Additionally, earlier roles at American Eagle Outfitters and JC Penney involved recruitment, training, and employee development. Rafael holds a High School Diploma from Colegio San Antonio and completed studies at Universidad de Puerto Rico.
