Family Equality Council
Lisa Van Ness joined Family Equality as Director of Community Engagement in October of 2018, upon the merger with Path2Parenthood. Lisa was employed with Path2Parenthood for 13 years as the Director of Development. Her work now focuses on planning, developing and executing all house parties, in conjunction with the Development team and cross-departmental stakeholders. She is also responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of Corporate Partners for events and individual Major Donors.
She lives in North Carolina with her husband, Dan and her daughter, Melissa. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing and car shows.
