Luigi Caiola

With more than 38 years in real estate specializing in property acquisitions, development, and management, Luigi Caiola brings a wealth of experience to his role jointly leading CAIOLA Real Estate Group. While the company has been heavily focused on residential real estate since its inception, Mr Caiola’s development expertise spans a number of different commercial real estate asset classes, including multifamily, office, and retail projects. Notably, Mr Caiola has played an integral role leading CAIOLA’s recent expansion of its third-party property management and asset management service lines.

Apart from his real estate leadership, Mr Caiola is a partner in Caiola Productions, a five-time Tony® Award winning theater and film production and investment company. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Friends Seminary, the New York City based Quaker school that his 3 children with husband, Sean McGill attend; the Board of Trustees of the New York City Center and the Board of Trustees Bay Street Theater and Cultural Center in Sag Harbor, New York. Mr Caiola received his Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iona College.
