Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Family Equality Council is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with its mission to advocate for legal and lived equality for LGBTQ families. This team oversees various functional areas, including external affairs, finance, development, community impact, and communications, collaborating to drive initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and enhance community outreach to further support and uplift LGBTQ families nationwide.
