Matthew Pehrson is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management and team leadership. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Team Lead at Family Farm & Home since August 2018, Matthew has previously held the position of Key Team Leader at Dunham's Sports from May 2017 to August 2018. Prior experience includes seven years at MC Sports, where Matthew progressed through various roles including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Associate Manager, Footwear Department Manager, and Retail Salesperson. Matthew holds two Associate's degrees from Kellogg Community College, one in Accounting and the other in General Studies, earned between 2011 and 2015.
