Daniel Farra

Daniel Farra has a diverse and extensive work experience. Daniel is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Family First starting from August 2023. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Amazon for multiple roles including Senior Program Manager, Regional Learning Manager, Learning Area Manager, Area Manager II Amazon Robotics Sortable Network, and Area Manager II IXD Crossdock Network.

Before their time at Amazon, Daniel worked at Goodwin Recruiting as a Senior Hospitality Recruiter and Hospitality Recruiter. Daniel also served as a Regional Operations Director at O'Charley's.

Early in their career, Daniel gained experience at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where they held various positions such as Area Director, Training General Manager, General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Bar Manager. Daniel also worked at Moe's Southwest Grill as a General Manager and Catering Manager, and at Hops Grill & Brewery as a Server and Corporate Trainer.

Daniel also has experience in teaching English, having worked as a Teacher of Advanced English Learning at Executive English in Argentina. Overall, Daniel's work history showcases their expertise in operations, management, recruitment, and hospitality.

Daniel Farra attended the University of South Carolina from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the School of Hospitality and Retail Management.
