Rodney E. Bussell

Rodney E. Bussell is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth development, program management, and community outreach. Currently serving as an All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist at Family First, Bussell also operates as a self-employed Leader with Character. Previous roles include Master Trainer at Community Health Network, where significant contributions were made in educating about the opioid epidemic, and Founder/Youth Fitness Specialist at Fertile Ground Youth Development. As Program Manager at Employ Indy, Bussell successfully managed the YouthBuild Indy program, enhancing opportunities for numerous participants while advocating for positive community engagement. In earlier roles, including Site Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis and Regional Coordinator at The PEERS Project, Bussell demonstrated strong leadership abilities and commitment to improving youth education and resources.
