Sara MacDonald, RN, CCM, CPC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sara started their career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Registered Nurse from December 2011 to April 2017. Sara then joined Best Doctors as the Director of Clinical Services from January 2013 to June 2018. In 2018, Sara became a member of the Organization of Nurse Leaders and also worked at South Shore Health System as a Nurse Case Manager from July 2018 to March 2019. Sara later took on the role of Education and Program Manager / Manager of Social Work at South Shore Health System until 2021. In 2021, Sara joined Boston Business Women as a member and is currently working as the Vice President of Clinical Ops and the Chief Operating Officer at Family First since September 2021 and December 2022 respectively.
