Rose Johnson

Rose Johnson is the current Director at Family Focus. Rose has previous experience working as the Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations for Girl Scouts of Central Indiana from September 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were an intern for The Language Conservancy from January 2017 to May 2017 where they worked in partnership with the Development Director to establish a major local corporate partnership around an annual fundraising event, successfully fostering a long-term relationship. Rose also researched strong potential donors and designed and drafted informational materials to send to those donors, resulting in increased donations. From September 2015 to May 2016, Rose was an intern for Middle Way House Inc where they coordinated with fellow interns and team members to plan and market a $200,000 fundraiser. Rose also directed a Hollywood actor to create promotional videos for multiple social media outlets and collaborated to plan a full fundraising web site. Rose designed and managed web content, as well as designed posters and postcards to reach out to donors and students in order to increase participation in the fundraiser and increase donations.

Rose Johnson holds a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a focus in nonprofit management and public policy analysis. Rose also holds a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in marketing and professional sales. Rose Johnson attended Bloomington High School South.
