Ramona Neely has extensive experience in the insurance industry, primarily with Family Guardian Insurance. Ramona served as the Vice President of Sales from 2015 to the present, leading the Home Service Sales Division in providing life and health insurance services throughout the Bahamas. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2012, they held various roles at Family Guardian Insurance including District Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Agent. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Team Leader at British American Insurance Company.
Ramona Neely's education history includes obtaining a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer degree from John Maxwell Leadership Training in 2016. Ramona studied in the field of Speaker and Coaching during their time at the institution, which lasted until 2017.
