Ethan Childers

Ethan Childers, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Data Coordinator at Family Guidance Centers, Inc., a role held since April 2023. Previously, Ethan worked as the Associate Director for Grants Management at the Illinois Community College Board from December 2021 to May 2023, and as a Revenue Tax Specialist Trainee at the Illinois Department of Revenue for a brief period in late 2021. Prior experience also includes a position as a State Loan Repayment Program Grant Monitor Intern at the Illinois Department of Public Health, where responsibilities involved assisting with the administration and analysis of loan repayment programs, as well as representing the agency at public health events. Ethan's earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Director at Blackburn College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration focused on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor’s degree from Blackburn College.
