Sarah Pepper, LCSW, CADC has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Sarah began their career as a Reach Program Intern at The Center for Enriched Living in 2014, followed by working as an Inclusion Aide at the Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) from 2014 to 2015. Sarah then joined Thresholds as a Community Support Team Intern, where they provided case management and support to individuals with severe mental illnesses from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Sarah worked as a Personal Assistant at the Illinois Department of Human Services and assisted a client with developmental disabilities with their daily health and home care needs. Sarah also organized outings to help the client transition into the community. During the same period, they interned as a State OMT Counselor at Family Guidance Centers, Inc., where they provided individual counseling sessions, co-facilitated group therapy, and created treatment plans for patients in the Methadone Treatment program.

In 2017, Sarah continued their work at Family Guidance Centers, Inc. as a Counselor, and later as a Mental Health Therapist from 2017 to 2022. Sarah then became a Mental Health Program Manager at FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER, INC. in 2019.

Most recently, Sarah has been serving as the Associate Vice President at Family Guidance Centers, Inc. since February 2022. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the organization's operations.

Throughout their work experience, Sarah has demonstrated their expertise in providing mental health therapy, counseling, case management, and support to individuals with diverse needs.

Sarah Pepper, LCSW, CADC obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Services, General from the same university, graduating in 2014. In 2010, they received their High School Diploma from William Fremd High School.
