Kim Gibney, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida. Kim joined FHC in 2014 as a Human Resources Business Partner, was promoted to Manager of Employee Relations and Recruiting in 2018, and was named Vice President and Chief HRO in 2021.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has worked in HR for over 15 years. Kim is a member of SHRM, the Healthcare HR Forum in Southwest Florida, and is a graduate of the 2019 Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Kim lives in Sanibel and is engaged to be married in December 2021 to Derek Baker
