Dana Hotra

Dana Hotra currently serves as the Director of Grants and Development at the Family Health Council of Central PA, where responsibilities include writing data-driven proposals and managing the grant lifecycle with an equity focus. With extensive experience in grant management, Dana previously held the position of Senior Executive Director of Grants Management at The Y in Central Maryland, overseeing a $14 million portfolio aimed at enhancing health equity in marginalized communities. Additionally, Dana has a strong background in managing substantial grant portfolios at organizations such as Power to Decide and Planned Parenthood Susquehanna Valley, while also directing the Title X Family Planning program. Dana's educational accomplishments include a Master of Health Sciences from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
