Joe Smythe is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in the home health, hospice, and palliative care sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Family Home Health Network, Joe is dedicated to delivering quality patient care and managing various operational aspects, including staff recruitment and innovative care solutions. Previously, Joe held the position of Executive Vice President at Transitions Care, where efforts were concentrated on enhancing sales and marketing strategies for a Palliative Care program. Joe's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding and expanding multiple companies, such as One Home Health Agency, Ltd., which grew from $1.5M to $17M in revenue, and Summit Home Health, which was successfully acquired by ATI Physical Therapy. Joe's academic background includes an MBA in International Business from Wayne State University and a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.
