Laura Burt RN BSN is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Private Duty Nurse since July 2018 and as the Personalized Living Director at Personalized Living by Brookdale since August 2013, where Laura oversees Private Duty Home Health services in an Independent Living Community. Previous experience includes working as an Account Executive for Family Home Health Services, utilizing extensive nursing expertise to advocate for clients, and serving as Geriatric Care Manager and Director of Client Services at Senior Bridge from April 2012 to February 2013. Laura holds a BSN from Kaplan University and has education from the University of West Georgia.

Our team of caregivers consists of Skilled Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Speech-language Pathologists , Medical Social Workers and Home Health Aides. More importantly, we provide health care services to clients in their homes, assisting them in the achievement of the highest level of potential in their day-to-day, self-care activities. We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs, from both the client's and professional’s point-of-view.
