Ashley King, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Family Hospice since February 2025, Ashley previously held the same title at PCI GlobalCom from June 2022 to February 2025, where recruitment and retention initiatives were effectively implemented. From September 2013 to June 2022, Ashley contributed to CHSGa as HR Manager, collaborating with executive leadership to oversee HR administration for 12 nursing home facilities and managing a team of HR Generalists. Earlier roles included positions as Compliance and 401K Analyst, Human Resources Generalist, and Administrative Assistant, showcasing a solid foundation in benefits administration and compliance. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Georgia.
