Carolyn Northup

Carolyn Northup is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and education. Currently serving as a BCBA at Family Initiative since April 2022, Carolyn has held similar positions at Elemy, Full Spectrum ABA, and Virtus Health, LLC. Prior experience includes a clinical director role and lead teacher at ABA Academy, as well as a teaching position at Sarasota County School Board. Carolyn's educational background includes a Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Education, as well as English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Western New England University.
