Trinaty Fofana

Trinaty Fofana is an experienced School Social Worker at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) since August 2018, previously holding the role of Clinical Social Worker at DCPS from August 2011 to May 2016. Currently serving as Clinical Manager at Family Matters of Greater Washington since May 2016, Trinaty has a strong background in providing behavior support and evidence-based counseling for both special and general education students, as well as coordinating 504 plans and Student Support Teams. Earlier experience includes working as a CPS Investigator at the Child and Family Service Agency and as a Therapeutic Foster Care Social Worker at Progressive Life Center, where strengths-based counseling and treatment planning were implemented.
