Uchechi Egbuchulam

Uchechi Egbuchulam currently serves as the Manager of Operations and Human Resources at the Family Nurturing Center of Massachusetts and has extensive experience in various roles since 2014. As a Residential Life Staff Member at Specialized Housing, Inc., Uchechi observes and interacts with residents who are adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Previously, Uchechi was an Operations and People Specialist at BetterLesson, where responsibilities included designing employee engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. Uchechi also contributed as the Student Affairs & Admissions Administrator at Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center, developing admissions strategies and community partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Wholesale Manager at Hamilton Farms. Uchechi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Albright College.
