Family of Kidz
Brittany Evans-Spruill M.S ED / M.S SpED is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education, public health, and community support services. Currently serving as a CFTSS provider at SCO Family of Services since January 2024, Brittany focuses on addressing the emotional and behavioral health needs of children and families. Simultaneously, Brittany works as an Adult Education Teacher for Westbury Union Free School District. Previous roles include Public Health Emergency Associate for the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services, SEIT for Family of Kidz, and a Small Business Owner providing tutoring and test preparation. Brittany holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education - EdD in Transformational Leadership from Long Island University, and has a background in special education advocacy, care management, and community-focused education.

At Family of Kidz, we bring together highly qualified teams of professionals that work diligently to help individuals with special needs, from birth through adulthood. Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of the individual’s needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life. Our multi-disciplinary team provides a wide-variety of therapeutic and educational services that include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special instruction, and related services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and mental health services. As a team, we are committed to helping those with special needs overcome barriers to progress and develop new skills.
