Kelly Pearson is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Family of Kidz since March 2023, having previously worked as a Recruiter for Global Elite Group from March 2021 to March 2023. Kelly's career began at J.Crew, where roles included HR/Recruiting Associate Manager and Merchandising and Operations ASM from May 2008 to May 2016, focusing on recruitment, employee training, and sales management. Following J.Crew, Kelly served as HR/Recruiting Associate Manager at Madewell (May 2016 - September 2017) and transitioned to sales supervision at rag & bone (November 2017 - March 2021), implementing marketing strategies and training associates to enhance company profitability.
