Family of Kidz
Nicole Russo-Duca is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in graphic design and behavioral therapy. Currently serving as a Behavioral Technician at Family of Kidz since January 2023, Nicole provides ABA Therapy to children with autism while tracking their progress and communicating with parents. Previously, Nicole spent over 13 years at Rosen Publishing Group in various graphic design roles, culminating as a Senior Graphic Designer, where responsibilities included art direction for educational books and project management. Earlier experience includes graphic design positions at Long Island Press, Boston Business Journal, Metro Boston, Minuteman Press, and Herald Community Newspapers. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Briarcliffe College and another Associate's degree from Nassau Community College.

At Family of Kidz, we bring together highly qualified teams of professionals that work diligently to help individuals with special needs, from birth through adulthood. Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of the individual’s needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life. Our multi-disciplinary team provides a wide-variety of therapeutic and educational services that include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special instruction, and related services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and mental health services. As a team, we are committed to helping those with special needs overcome barriers to progress and develop new skills.
