Stephanie Tufano is a skilled Occupational Therapist with a comprehensive background in pediatric and hand therapy. Currently serving as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Evaluator for Blue Sea Educational Consulting, Inc., and a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with Family of Kidz, Stephanie also holds the title of Certified Hand Therapist at Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset. Previous roles include Occupational Therapist positions in hand therapy and school settings, as well as supervisory responsibilities in occupational therapy. Stephanie earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

At Family of Kidz, we bring together highly qualified teams of professionals that work diligently to help individuals with special needs, from birth through adulthood. Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of the individual’s needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life. Our multi-disciplinary team provides a wide-variety of therapeutic and educational services that include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special instruction, and related services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and mental health services. As a team, we are committed to helping those with special needs overcome barriers to progress and develop new skills.
