Raynetta Wallace

Raynetta Wallace is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Family Practice Associates since November 2017, Raynetta oversees operations for a primary care practice with a 13,000 patient panel and implements strategies for organizational development. Previous experience includes managing a team at AIL Torchmark, where Raynetta achieved over 100k in sales within ten months and facilitated training and contract acquisition for sales agents. Additionally, as Multi Practice Manager at Drexel University College of Medicine from June 2009 to January 2015, Raynetta successfully onboarded 380 members of the United States Coast Guard as patients. Raynetta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Temple University.
