Chris Eldridge

Chris Eldridge is a highly experienced dietitian and diabetes educator, currently serving as the founder of Transition Health since December 2018. In addition to this role, Chris provides diabetes education services as a contractor at Family Practice Medical Centres and serves as a board consultant for Healthy Male. Other roles include diets for Connect2Care, managerial positions at Gen Physio, and senior clinical duties at Exercise Healthcare Australia and Advance Support Services. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management from Southern Cross University, and a Project Management qualification from TAFE Queensland. Previous experience includes a role at Woolworths Supermarkets and a position at Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
