Cathy Threadgill

Cathy Threadgill serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Orange County since August 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Threadgill held senior roles at notable companies including Automatic Data Processing, where tenure included positions as Senior Director of HR Mergers & Integrations and Vice President of Human Resources for the Western Division. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at AMRESCO and as HR Director at Household International. Early career experience includes roles at Neiman Marcus and a Director of Human Resources position at Automatic Data Processing. Cathy's educational background includes a BFA in Art and Education from Miami University.
