Katie Faul

Katie Faul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major technology companies. Currently a member of the founding team at Sidebar, Katie is instrumental in driving measurable results through a specialized leadership program. Previously, Katie served as Senior Director of Global Partnerships at Instagram, leading a team of over 60 to enhance brand and fan relationships through visual storytelling. At Facebook, Katie held multiple positions including Director of Scaled Outreach & Operations, where management of around 100 personnel across various operations teams was achieved, and Manager of Strategic Partnerships, which saw the successful launch of FbStart, benefiting thousands of startups. Earlier experience at Google involved managing marketing initiatives for SMB advertisers and leading online sales strategies.
