Peter Townshend

Peter N. Townshend serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Shop My Porch since March 2021 and also holds the position of Manager at Ambix Venture Management, LLC, a firm focused on investments in medical devices and life science startups. Townshend is a Board Member for Family Proud, Inc. and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, and provides outside counsel for Dandelion Chocolate, Avails Medical, Inc., and Alembic, LLC. As Managing Partner of Townshend Venture Advisors, LLP since January 2017, Townshend leverages extensive legal and financial expertise gained during tenures as a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP and as a Legal Advisor for Ciphrex Corp. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BA in English and Economics from Yale University.
