Bryan Foster has had a diverse work experience in the audio/visual and production field. Bryan started in 2004 as an Event Technician at John Brown University, where they improved the production quality through system upgrades. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Crew member at KNWA, gaining comprehensive knowledge of television news production. In 2008, Bryan became the Audio/Visual/Lighting Director at Immanuel Bible Church, overseeing the technical aspects of the church's audio/visual and lighting needs until 2013. In the same year, they started working as a self-employed Audio/Visual/Lighting Specialist, showcasing their adaptability and ability to meet or exceed expectations. Finally, since 2014, Bryan has been employed at the Family Research Council, initially as an Audio Visual Specialist and currently as the Director of Audio/Visual and Production Services, responsible for various audio/visual needs and IT responsibilities. Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated a quick learning ability and a knack for complex software and hardware.

Bryan Foster obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Broadcasting from John Brown University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
