Gina Reynolds

Gina Reynolds is the Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Family Resource Home Care. Gina has been with the company for nine years, starting as an RN Case Manager in the Skilled Home Health department before transitioning to the Private Duty department. A year later, they were promoted to Clinical Director and then to Vice President of Quality Assurance as a part of the executive team.

In their current role, Gina is responsible for corporate responsibilities including strategic planning, leadership training/development, oversight of clinical practices, satisfaction management, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement, policies and procedures, continuing education for certified nursing assistants, preceptor program, as well as assisting with marketing presentations and networking for 8 branches in the Northwest Region. Other responsibilities include Medicaid contract oversight and State audit management. Gina also serves as the Family Home Care's Privacy Officer.

In addition to their corporate responsibilities, Gina also manages a Grant funded bathing program which provides Seniors in Spokane County with limited financial means free or minimal copay baths two times a week. To date, they have provided over 275 baths per month to Seniors in their community; keeping them independent and safe in their homes.

Gina Reynolds has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from University of California Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara City College. Gina also has certification from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as a Certified Instructor in Dementia and as a Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification.

Gina Reynolds reports to Jeff Wiberg, CEO. Gina Reynolds works with Jackie Zakrajse - Area VP, Oregon, Kelda Fairleigh - Area VP, Puget Sound Region, and Betsy Rothley - COO.
