Natalie Rivera has extensive experience in the healthcare and recovery support fields. Currently serving as an Intake Coordinator and Certified Recovery Specialist at the Family Service Association of Bucks County since May 2017, Natalie assists clients through the recovery process, including managing the DUI process and coordinating therapy appointments. Prior experience includes roles as an Intake Specialist at Livengrin Foundation, providing treatment intake services, and as a Receptionist/Admissions Coordinator at Advanced Health and Education, where vital skills were developed. Earlier work at Educational Testing Service and OxyMed Homecare Equipment involved customer service and medical billing, respectively. Natalie is a graduate of Neshaminy High School.
