Eric Pluguez, PMP has a strong background in operations management. Eric began their career as the Director of Operations at the Family Service League of Long Island in 2016, where they oversaw 26 locations, 60 programs, and 800+ employees. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Power-Flo Technologies dba United Electric Power from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they demonstrated their expertise in managing operations. Eric's earlier experience includes a role as the Director of Operations at Fulfillment Plus, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. At Fulfillment Plus, they contributed to growing the company to become one of the top marketplace fulfillment companies in North America.
Eric Pluguez, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA, First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Heart Association, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and Security Guard/Armed Security Guard from the New York State.
