Jennifer Pinske

Jennifer Pinske, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Family Service Rochester, focusing on public engagement initiatives, program finance, fundraising, and volunteer mobilization. Previous roles include Chief Development Officer and Development Officer at One Vision, where Jennifer built and strengthened community relationships, and Team Leader at Opportunity Village, overseeing operations for adults with developmental disabilities. Jennifer's earlier experience as QMRP at Elm Homes involved direct work with individuals with disabilities and staff training across multiple supported living situations. Jennifer holds a Fundraising Certificate from the University of St. Thomas, a Certificate of Completion from the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities, and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
