Lara Barley

Lara Barley brings over 20 years of human resource experience, having worked largely in the health sector in areas including acute care, mental health, and geriatric care.

In her former role with Provincial Health Services Authority, she was responsible for the strategic planning, management and delivery of human resource services for the organization.

As a human resources professional and leader, Lara is passionate about providing supportive, results-focused outcomes that enable leaders and staff to provide the very best service each day to the clients we serve.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of Manitoba.

Lara is a member of the Board of Directors of the Three Links Care Society, a not-for-profit, charitable health care organization that provides complex care and supported living for seniors in Vancouver.
