Frances Taylor

Frances Taylor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in providing therapy and counseling services. Currently employed at Family Service Inc. since November 2013, Frances facilitates Moving On groups and offers support to children, families, and individuals facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Additionally, Frances has a longstanding role with the Association of Personal and Family Counselors since June 2012 and has been with Family Service, Inc. since September 1996. Frances's educational background includes a Master's degree in Art Education from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Carlow University.
