Leah Feroce serves as the Mentoring Director at Family Services of the Merrimack Valley since 2008, managing three mentoring programs with seven staff members, 250 youth, and 250 adult volunteers. Leah excels in fostering relationships with local businesses, schools, non-profits, and community groups while overseeing program budgets and evaluations to ensure alignment with the agency's strategic plan. Prior roles include Program Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lawrence and at Eliot Community Human Services. Leah holds a Master’s degree in Education from Salem State University and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the same institution.
