The Human Resources team at Family Services is responsible for overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Their objective is to ensure a supportive and equitable work environment that aligns with the organization's mission of improving lives and communities within the Hudson Valley. Team members work to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and diverse workforce, while also managing risk and compliance within the organization.
