Helene Perry is an accomplished Human Resources professional and author with extensive experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Family Support Services since March 2023, Helene also works as a self-employed author, having published the sci-fi thriller novel "Welcome to Earth Jesus" in 2023. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialist at Western Tidewater CSB, where responsibilities encompassed managing full-cycle recruitment and public speaking engagements. Helene's diverse background includes positions as a Human Resource Generalist for the City of Portsmouth, HR Generalist at EP Minerals, and Customer Service Specialist for Regence BlueShield of Washington. Helene holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from the University of Phoenix.
