Previous roles include serving as a Behavioral Health Intern at Comprehensive Community Health Centers, where Rachel delivered psychoeducational therapy and developed treatment plans. Rachel holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and is also a certified yoga instructor, utilizing yoga techniques in therapeutic settings. Rachel's diverse professional background encompasses positions in software project management and legal support, enhancing skills in teamwork and client-focused service delivery.

Our psychologists have been serving our community for 30+ years. Our cutting-edge therapies use both psychotherapy and the science of neurofeedback. Since we focus on short-term solutions to serious or longstanding issues, we generally employ a combination of neurofeedback and CBT (i.e., RET, ACT, and RBT.)
