Cou Pienaar

Cou Pienaar has a solid background in the agricultural industry. Cou started in 2014 as an Agriculturalist at Omnia Holdings, where they worked until 2017. Cou then moved on to Westfalia Fruit as a Horticultural Development Manager from 2017 to 2018. After that, they joined Westfalia Marketing (Pty) Ltd as a Technical Advisor from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Farm Operations - Africa at Family Tree Farms, starting in 2021.

Cou Pienaar completed their high school education at Paarl Gymnasium from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they enrolled at Stellenbosch University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Soil Science and Viticulture from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Cou pursued a Master's Degree in Soil Science at Stellenbosch University.
