Insley John-Baptiste

Insley John-Baptiste, a Client Success Manager at Family Tree Private Care, works closely with the Director of Administration to address quality of care complaints and client grievances. With previous experience as a Care Manager at Adorned Assistance and Care Manager Assistant at THE ARBOR SCHOOL, Insley has demonstrated strong leadership in improving contract compliance and enhancing relationships with clients and their families. Insley holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Houston Community College.
