Family Tree
Alexis Carstensen serves as the Permanent Supportive Housing Program Director at Family Tree, a position held since August 2020, where management of budgets for six housing programs and supervision of seven team members are key responsibilities. Alexis has a background as a Case Manager at Family Tree, providing critical support for numerous households and contributing to program improvements. Previous experience includes serving as a Communications Assistant and Missionary at Christ in the City, where skills in crisis intervention, conflict management, and volunteer training were developed. Additional roles encompass team leadership in the Totus Tuus religious education program and early positions in customer service and journalism. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University.
