Program Impact Evaluator at Family Tree

Laura Simpkins is an experienced program impact evaluator and project manager with a focus on data-informed strategies and gender-based violence advocacy. Currently serving at Family Tree since February 2017, Laura leads a continuous improvement project for over 80 staff, implementing data impact strategies and analyzing disaggregated data across multiple programs. Prior to this role, Laura managed U.S. programs for the Papua New Guinea Tribal Foundation, spearheading a multi-year campaign against gender-based violence. Previous positions include directorship at Women With a Cause, operations management at Daniels College of Business, and marketing roles at Natural Resource Group and Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative. Laura holds a Master's degree in Global Affairs from the University of Denver, along with specialized training in leadership and mediation.
