Mariela Michael has extensive experience in community-based programs and career development, currently working with Family Tree since November 2019. Prior to this role, Mariela served as a Supervisor at Adams County from November 2012 to November 2019 and held positions at Goodwill Industries of Denver as a Job Transition Specialist and Resources and Training Specialist. Mariela has a proven track record of managing caseloads, increasing client engagement, and implementing training plans. Previous roles include Global Career Development Facilitator at Jefferson County, School Manager and Academic Support at a Private Language Center, and a Lawyer at Martin Investments, where Mariela provided legal advice and represented cases in court. Mariela holds education from Jefferson County and the University of Yucatan.
