Family Tree
Tatum Moore is an experienced social work intern currently engaged in oncology social work at UCHealth, where outreach and supportive services are provided to patients experiencing distress from cancer diagnoses. At Family Tree, Tatum supports shelter clients by offering resources related to housing, mental health, and job searching while ensuring safety through emergency protocols. Previous roles include a Graduate Social Work Intern at Family Tree, assisting adult clients with case management, and a Referral Management Coordinator at Allina Health, focused on improving patient outcomes through care coordination. Tatum holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Augsburg University.

As the only organization in the Denver metro area working to address the inter-connectedness among these issues, Family Tree is changing how individuals, families and communities see, respond to and overcome them. In the past year, Family Tree provided services to tens of thousands of people in efforts to empower individuals to discover their own strengths to create lasing, positive change.
