Crystal Smiley currently serves as Vice President of System Operations at Family Trust Federal Credit Union, a role held since June 2024. Previously, Crystal held the position of Vice President of Business Systems at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union from November 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing credit union software systems and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives. Earlier experience includes roles such as Training and Lending System Analyst and Branch Operations Support Specialist at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union, as well as various management positions at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, Wachovia, and Bath & Body Works. Education includes studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Strayer University, culminating in an Associate's Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
